چکیده
Introduction Tumor-associated macrophage 2 (TAM2) abundantly infiltrates pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PAAD), and its interaction with malignant cells is involved in the regulation of tumor metabolism. In this study, we explored metabolic heterogeneity TAM2 by constructing TAM2-associated subtypes PAAD. Materials methods PAAD samples were classified into molecular different characteristics based on a multi-omics analysis strategy. 20 tissues 10 normal collected for proteomic metabolomic analyses. RNA sequencing data from TCGA-PAAD cohort used transcriptomic Immunohistochemistry was to assess infiltration tissues. Results The results transcriptomics immunohistochemistry showed that levels upregulated associated poor patient prognosis. proteomics metabolomics indicated multiple processes aberrantly regulated dysregulation linked level infiltration. WGCNA confirmed pyruvate glycolysis/gluconeogenesis as co-expressed pathways Based data, four (quiescent, pyruvate, mixed). Metabolic each characterized terms clinical prognosis, microenvironment, immune cell infiltration, chemotherapeutic drug sensitivity, functional mechanisms. Conclusion Our study remodeling closely related TAM2. Molecular provided new insights prognosis prediction therapy patients.

Metabolic Remodeling in Moderate Synchronous versus Dyssynchronous Pacing-Induced Heart Failure: Integrated Metabolomics and Proteomics Study
Heart failure (HF) is accompanied by complex alterations in myocardial energy metabolism. Up to 40% of HF patients have dyssynchronous ventricular contraction, which is an independent indicator of mortality. We hypothesized that electromechanical dyssynchrony significantly affects metabolic remodeling in the course of HF. We used a canine model of tachypacing-induced HF. Animals were paced at 2...
متن کاملA Comprehensive Analysis of Metabolomics and Transcriptomics in Cervical Cancer
Cervical cancer (CC) still remains a common and deadly malignancy among females in developing countries. More accurate and reliable diagnostic methods/biomarkers should be discovered. In this study, we performed a comprehensive analysis of metabolomics (285 samples) and transcriptomics (52 samples) on the potential diagnostic implication and metabolic characteristic description in cervical canc...
متن کاملGrade-Dependent Metabolic Reprogramming in Kidney Cancer Revealed by Combined Proteomics and Metabolomics Analysis.
Kidney cancer [or renal cell carcinoma (RCC)] is known as "the internist's tumor" because it has protean systemic manifestations, suggesting that it utilizes complex, nonphysiologic metabolic pathways. Given the increasing incidence of this cancer and its lack of effective therapeutic targets, we undertook an extensive analysis of human RCC tissue employing combined grade-dependent proteomics a...
متن کاملIntegrated application of transcriptomics , proteomics , and metallomics in environmental studies *
Here we report a preliminary working scheme for the integrative application of transcriptomic, proteomic, and metallomic methodologies in environmental monitoring, by using as sentinel the wildlife species Mus spretus and as reference the gene/protein sequence databases from the key model species Mus musculus. We have demonstrated that the absolute transcript expression signatures quantified by...
